Parve Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 kg yellow potatoes
- 8 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Bring a bunch of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, reduce heat, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
- Drain potatoes, reserving 1 cup, and mash.
- Mix in garlic and oil, adding liquid as needed.
- Enjoy!
