Parve Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 kg yellow potatoes
  • 8 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a bunch of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, reduce heat, and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Drain potatoes, reserving 1 cup, and mash.
  4. Mix in garlic and oil, adding liquid as needed.
  5. Enjoy!
